From Tampa and Orlando to Miami, Jacksonville, and beyond, our mobile headshot booth is built for speed, quality, and a seamless guest experience. We handle everything—setup, guest guidance, image delivery—so your team doesn’t have to.
Do you offer portrait sessions as well as headshots?
We do! In addition to traditional headshots, we also offer more creative portrait setups—perfect for VIP lounges, speakers, or sponsor activations.
Can you handle large-scale events like multi-day conferences?
Absolutely. We scale up with multiple photographers, assistants, and branded delivery options. Whether it’s a one-day expo or a multi-day summit, we’ve got you covered.
Do you travel outside of Tampa?
Yes—frequently. We serve Orlando, Miami, Jacksonville, Tallahassee, Fort Lauderdale, West Palm Beach, Lakeland, and other cities throughout Florida. We also travel across the Southeast region, including Georgia, the Carolinas, and beyond. National and international bookings are available for multi-day conferences, expos, and corporate events—just let us know where and when.
Can guests choose their favorite photo on-site?
Yes. We offer live image review so guests can choose their favorite headshot on the spot before it’s sent out for final delivery.
How are the photos delivered?
By default, we provide a downloadable web link with all selected images, organized for easy access. If you prefer a different method—such as a shared drive or direct file transfer—we’re happy to work with whatever’s easiest for your team. Instant email delivery to each guest is available as an add-on. Retouched images are included in all packages and delivered within 3–4 business days.
Can you match the look of our previous headshots?
Yes—we replicate your company’s style, including lighting, backdrop, cropping, and file formatting. If you have an internal brand guide, we’ll follow it.
Do you offer lead capture with your headshot or portrait stations?
Yes. Lead generation is included with every portrait station setup. We collect attendee names, emails, and model releases, then provide you with a downloadable spreadsheet after the event. If you book a headshot-only station, lead capture can be added upon request.
How much space do you need for setup?
A 10x10 space is ideal for a standard booth. For events with multiple stations or a portrait lounge, we may require additional space. We’ll confirm this during planning.
What kind of backdrops do you offer?
Most clients opt for neutral tones (white, gray, black), but we also offer custom colors, branded step-and-repeats, digital backgrounds, or fully custom-designed options.
Do you offer group photos along with individual headshots?
Yes. One team group photo is included at no additional cost. If you need additional group shots (like departments or leadership teams), those are billed at the same rate as individual headshots.
Can you provide sample work or galleries?
Absolutely. Our Gallery section features real headshot sessions, team portraits, and examples of custom events.
